Sts. Peter & Paul School will hold their annual Holiday Food Drive for the Seneca Food Pantry. They have begun collecting non-perishable food items, personal care items and new hats and gloves. Each Parish family is encouraged to participate by bringing items to the school or placing them in mark drop boxes at the west entrance of the church or in the Narthax of the church anytime between November 1st and November 22nd. 2013.

Traditionally the month of November is a time when we remember in prayer all who have died. Throughout the month of November a Book Of Remembrance will be placed in front of the Blessed Virgin Mary Altar, which will have names inscribed of all who have been buried from our parish from November 1, 2012 to October 31, 2013. Parishioners are also invited to add names of deceased loved ones to this list.

October 19th and 20th, 2013 . . . . . . . . . Pumpkins were available following all the Masses this weekend. A truck full of Pumpkins were sitting in front of the church before and after Masses this weekend. Sts. Peter and Paul students and parents were on hand and available to help pick out a pumpkin and help carry the pumpkins to the car for anyone who gave a free will donation for their pumpkin. Oct. 13, 2013 . . . . . . . . . . . . . This Sunday, SPP Parish will play host to a regional celebration for the 150th Celebration of the Benedictine Sisters of Mount St. Scholastica of Atchison. A special Eucharist Mass at Sts. Peter and Paul Church will be held at 1PM, followed by a reception and lunch for the sisters to be held after Mass in the Parish Hall . The Seneca K of C annual Pro-Life Pancake Breakfast will be held Sunday, October 6th at the SPP Parish Center; serving pancakes, sausage, eggs, coffee and juice from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM . The free will offering proceeds will be used for a memorial for the unborn at the Sts. Peter and Paul cemetery.
