Vacation Bible School was held at Sts. Peter and Paul Parish during the week of June 17th – 21st. Many adult and youth helpers provided assistance for the many activities and games planned for the week for all the children who came to enjoy the weeks activities. The week was a great success again this year. 185 children attended and 65 adults and youth volunteered to help teach the children about God’s love. The total mission offering collected was $1,052.00 that will be given to The Little Sisters of the Lamb from Kansas City and the recent tornado victims. Three of the sisters from the Little Sisters of the Lamb were on hand on Tuesday to visit with the children and answer any questions about their organization.
